    At Fox-Listed, it’s our job to find you the best deals on auto parts. While most purchases will go according to plan, we understand that on occasions there may be an issue with a purchase that arises. To help deal with these occasions, we have written this Refund Policy to help explain how you can get a refund. 

    Payments made with PayPal

    All payments made on Fox-Listed are made with PayPal and this means you have full access to PayPal’s Buyer Protection Policy. 

    What does this mean? When you purchase parts on Fox-Listed and checkout with PayPal, you can be eligible for a refund under PayPal’s Buyer Protection Policy. When applicable, PayPal's Buyer Protection Policy entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any. 

    When does PayPal’s Buyer Protection Policy apply? If your order is significantly different from the seller’s description or doesn’t arrive, you have 180 days to file a dispute. It could be that the event you didn’t receive everything you bought, or the item was defective, damaged, or counterfeit.

    How can I get a refund? Visit your PayPal Resolution Centre within 180 days of the purchase and file a dispute relating to the purchase made. 

    Purchases made from a Business

    On Fox-Listed a lot of our part suppliers will be registered businesses. When reviewing offers made to you, lookout for the "Account" section on each offer, it will notify you of the sellers account type. 

    Business Sellers can also have their own refund policy, if they have a policy, be sure to read the terms of their policy also. Their policy will outline things like how they process refunds, if they accept change of mind returns, return shipping costs, etc.

    If there is a problem with an item you have purchased from a business, or if you would like a refund for a reason that falls under their return policy, contact the business directly either using our Platform’s Messaging Service or their direct phone number. 

    If you are unable to get a response or are unhappy with the seller's resolution, you can contact PayPal if the payment was made on Fox-Listed. You can also contact the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission for further help.
